Ninety legal
Terms of Service
Launch configuration required: this document still contains explicit placeholders and must not be treated as final legal copy.
These Terms govern use of Ninety, a television player and organization service operated by [Company legal name], registration number [Company registration number], at [Company address]. Contact: [Support email].
1. The service
Ninety is software: a television player, interface, and organization service. You connect your own compatible playlist or television source. Ninety does not provide, sell, supply, host, retransmit, or license television channels, streams, IPTV subscriptions, copyrighted broadcasts, events, or other third-party content.
2. Your content and provider
You are responsible for your provider relationship, the information you enter, and ensuring you have all rights and authorization required to access and view each source. Ninety does not verify or endorse providers and does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, compatibility, or continuity of any channel, event, source, stream, or provider.
3. Accounts and TVs
Account creation and authentication are provided through Supabase Auth. You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly report suspected misuse. Connecting a Samsung TV creates a separate revocable device credential for that TV. Removing a TV from your account revokes its credential and stops that TV from receiving entitlement. Device identity history may be retained to protect trial eligibility and prevent abuse.
4. Device and playlist setup
During pairing, Ninety may receive Samsung physical-device identifiers and device metadata. Raw DUID and MAC values are converted to keyed HMAC fingerprints before persistent storage; an installation identifier is used as a continuity fallback but is not treated as verified physical-TV evidence. If you use phone setup, a playlist URL or URL assembled from M3U/Xtream provider credentials is held temporarily for one-time handoff to your TV. Provider credentials are not stored as permanent account data.
5. Seven-day trial
An eligible account and eligible physical TV can receive one seven-day Ninety trial. No card is required. The trial begins only when the first eligible physical TV is successfully connected, uses server time, and is not restarted or extended by creating another account, adding another TV, removing a TV, or reconnecting one.
6. Paid subscription
Paid subscriptions are available only when billing is configured. Current plan details, price, tax treatment, and billing interval are presented before purchase in Stripe Checkout. When you purchase during an active Ninety trial, paid billing is scheduled from the existing trial end without adding or extending trial time. Billing management and cancellation are available through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect according to the terms shown by Stripe and any mandatory consumer rights. A successful browser redirect does not grant access; paid access depends on authoritative subscription status received from Stripe.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse pairing tokens, attempt to access another person's account or TV, evade trial limits, interfere with the service, or use Ninety in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
Ninety may be interrupted for maintenance, security incidents, provider failures, network failures, or changes to third-party systems and is not guaranteed to be continuously available. Features may change as the software evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be issued as a new version with a new effective date; acceptance records preserve the exact version accepted when a TV is connected. You may stop using Ninety and remove connected devices. Ninety may suspend or terminate access for material breach, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or where required by law, subject to applicable consumer rights.
9. Software limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ninety is provided as a software service without a promise that every device, playlist, source, channel, event, or provider will work without interruption or error. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. The final liability cap, warranty wording, consumer-rights language, governing law, dispute process, refund rules, and cancellation rights must be reviewed and supplied for [Jurisdiction] before paid public launch.
